Please note you will need to submit a $25 application fee as part of your application process.  We accept money orders, cashier's checks, Visa, and MasterCard payments. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.

Processing of Online Applications

Once your application is processed, you will receive an email with a link to check the status of your application online. If you do not receive correspondence of your application within one week, please contact our office before re-applying.

Duplicate applications or those submitted without complete city, state, and zip code will not be processed.
